These industrial quick release pins provide positive locking for all types of applications and equipment. Pins will not release until the spindle is depressed. When the button is pushed, the balls at the end of the pin retract for insertion and removal of the pin. Release the button and the balls are pushed out to lock the pin in place. The steel pins are made of components of heat treated carbon and alloy steel except the handle which is aluminum, the balls which are 440 stainless and the ring which is 300 series stainless. The stainless pins components are body and spindle of 17-4 stainless; ring and spring of 17-7 stainless; and the button, handle and collar being 300 series stainless.
